At Vané, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order if needed.
