Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability and rates shown at checkout)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Delays
Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as postal delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance) may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
